“Let No Man Be Turned Away”

no man who wishes to attend the Rendezvous SHOULD be left out do to financial hardship

Each year there are a limited number of scholarships available to men who would like to attend this weekend of recovery and fellowship and are concerned about the cost.  Scholarships are available to cover your registration, room, and all meals.

However, this is not charity. 

In the spirit of the 7th Tradition (both AA's and Al-Anon/Alateen's) you should contribute as much towards your scholarship as reasonable for your situation without causing undue hardship to you and your family.  If you aren't sure what is reasonable talk with your sponsor.  For some people $1.00 is reasonable for others it might be more.  We do not judge.

Other than the committee no one will know who has received scholarships.  Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions.  Your anonymity is assured.  Do not allow false pride to stop you from participating.

To nominate yourself or a friend complete the application and check "Scholarship."  

The balance of your registration is funded with the proceeds from the weekend raffles, operating surplus, and donations from other attendees.
